- 4 large portobello mushrooms
- 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste

Prepare Mushrooms:
- Marinate mushrooms in balsamic vinegar, olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and pepper for 15 minutes.

- Preheat the Grillz BBQ Grill in grilling mode (lid off) to medium heat (about 180°C).
- Place mushrooms on the grill plate.
- Grill for 5-7 minutes per side, until tender and juicy.
