Ingredients:

  • 4 large portobello mushrooms
  • 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

  1. Prepare Mushrooms:

    • Marinate mushrooms in balsamic vinegar, olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and pepper for 15 minutes.
  2. Grill Mushrooms:

    • Preheat the Grillz BBQ Grill in grilling mode (lid off) to medium heat (about 180°C).
    • Place mushrooms on the grill plate.
    • Grill for 5-7 minutes per side, until tender and juicy.
