Ingredients:

  • 2 ribeye steaks (about 300g each)
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp rosemary, chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

  1. Prepare Steaks:

    • Rub steaks with olive oil, minced garlic, rosemary, salt, and pepper.
  2. Grill Steaks:

    • Preheat the Grillz BBQ Grill in grilling mode (lid off) to high heat (about 230°C).
    • Place steaks on the grill plate.
    • Grill for 4-5 minutes per side for medium-rare, or to desired doneness.
