Ingredients:

  • 1 bell pepper, cut into chunks
  • 1 zucchini, sliced
  • 1 red onion, cut into chunks
  • 8 cherry tomatoes
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

  1. Prepare Veggies:

    • Toss vegetables with olive oil, oregano, salt, and pepper.
    • Thread vegetables onto skewers.
  2. Grill Veggies:

    • Preheat the Grillz BBQ Grill in grilling mode (lid off) to medium-high heat (about 200°C).
    • Place skewers on the grill plate.
    • Grill for 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally, until vegetables are tender and slightly charred.
