- 1 bell pepper, cut into chunks
- 1 zucchini, sliced
- 1 red onion, cut into chunks
- 8 cherry tomatoes
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- Salt and pepper to taste

Prepare Veggies:
- Toss vegetables with olive oil, oregano, salt, and pepper.
- Thread vegetables onto skewers.

- Preheat the Grillz BBQ Grill in grilling mode (lid off) to medium-high heat (about 200°C).
- Place skewers on the grill plate.
- Grill for 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally, until vegetables are tender and slightly charred.
