Ingredients:
- 3 lb pork shoulder
- 1 cup BBQ sauce
- 1 tbsp smoked paprika
- 1 tbsp garlic powder
- 1 tbsp onion powder
- 1 tbsp brown sugar
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp salt

Prep Pork Shoulder:
- Mix paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, brown sugar, black pepper, and salt. Rub this mixture all over the pork shoulder.
- Preheat your Grillz BBQ Grill in smoker mode to 225°F (107°C).
- Place pork shoulder on the grill’s cooking grill plate and smoke for 8 hours, or until it’s tender and easily shreds with a fork.

Pull and Serve:
- Remove pork shoulder from the grill, shred the meat with two forks, and mix with BBQ sauce.
- Serve on buns with coleslaw for a classic pulled pork sandwich.
