Ingredients:

  • 3 lb pork shoulder
  • 1 cup BBQ sauce
  • 1 tbsp smoked paprika
  • 1 tbsp garlic powder
  • 1 tbsp onion powder
  • 1 tbsp brown sugar
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp salt

Instructions:

  1. Prep Pork Shoulder:

    • Mix paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, brown sugar, black pepper, and salt. Rub this mixture all over the pork shoulder.
    • Preheat your Grillz BBQ Grill in smoker mode to 225°F (107°C).
    • Place pork shoulder on the grill’s cooking grill plate and smoke for 8 hours, or until it’s tender and easily shreds with a fork.
  2. Pull and Serve:

    • Remove pork shoulder from the grill, shred the meat with two forks, and mix with BBQ sauce.
    • Serve on buns with coleslaw for a classic pulled pork sandwich.
