Ingredients:
- 2 racks of baby back ribs
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup paprika
- 1 tbsp black pepper
- 1 tbsp garlic powder
- 1 tbsp onion powder
- 1 tsp cayenne pepper (optional for heat)
- 1 cup BBQ sauce
Instructions:

Prep Ribs:
- Remove the membrane from the back of the ribs and pat dry.
- Mix brown sugar, paprika, black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and cayenne pepper. Rub this mixture all over the ribs.
- Preheat Grillz BBQ Grill in smoker mode to 250°F (121°C).
- Place ribs on the grill and smoke for 3-4 hours, basting occasionally with BBQ sauce.

Finish Ribs:
- During the last 30 minutes, brush a generous amount of BBQ sauce on the ribs.
- Let ribs rest for a few minutes before slicing into individual pieces.
