Ingredients:

  • 4 chicken leg quarters
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp smoked paprika
  • 1 tbsp garlic powder
  • 1 tbsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp dried thyme
  • 1 tsp dried rosemary
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper

Instructions:

  1. Prep Chicken:

    • Mix olive oil, smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, thyme, rosemary, salt, and black pepper.
    • Rub this mixture all over the chicken leg quarters.
    • Preheat your Grillz BBQ Grill in roaster mode (lid off) to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Roast Chicken:

    • Place chicken on the grill’s cooking grill plate and roast for 45-50 minutes, turning occasionally, until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C) and the skin is crispy.
