Ingredients:
- 4 salmon fillets
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tbsp brown sugar
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- 1 tsp dried dill
- Salt and pepper to taste

Prepare Salmon:
- Mix olive oil, lemon juice, brown sugar, smoked paprika, dill, salt, and pepper.
- Rub this mixture all over the salmon fillets and let marinate for 30 minutes.

Smoke Salmon:
- Preheat the Grillz BBQ Grill in smoker mode (lid on) to 150°C.
- Place a small pan of water in the smoker to keep the fish moist.
- Place salmon fillets on the grill’s cooking grill plate.
- Smoke for 20-25 minutes, or until the salmon is opaque and flakes easily with a fork.
