Ingredients:

  • 4 salmon fillets
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp brown sugar
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1 tsp dried dill
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

  1. Prepare Salmon:

    • Mix olive oil, lemon juice, brown sugar, smoked paprika, dill, salt, and pepper.
    • Rub this mixture all over the salmon fillets and let marinate for 30 minutes.
  2. Smoke Salmon:

    • Preheat the Grillz BBQ Grill in smoker mode (lid on) to 150°C.
    • Place a small pan of water in the smoker to keep the fish moist.
    • Place salmon fillets on the grill’s cooking grill plate.
    • Smoke for 20-25 minutes, or until the salmon is opaque and flakes easily with a fork.
