Ingredients:

  • 4 salmon fillets
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp dried dill
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 180°C.
  2. Brush salmon fillets with olive oil and lemon juice, then sprinkle with dill, salt, and pepper.
  3. Place fillets on the low rack.
  4. Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the salmon flakes easily with a fork.
