Ingredients:
- 4 chicken breasts
- 1 cup broccoli florets, steamed
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 180°C.
- Cut a pocket into each chicken breast and stuff with broccoli and cheddar cheese.
- Brush with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
- Bake on the high rack for 25-30 minutes, or until the chicken reaches 75°C.
