Ingredients:

  • 4 chicken breasts
  • 1 cup broccoli florets, steamed
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 180°C.
  2. Cut a pocket into each chicken breast and stuff with broccoli and cheddar cheese.
  3. Brush with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
  4. Bake on the high rack for 25-30 minutes, or until the chicken reaches 75°C.
