Ingredients:

  • 12 lasagna noodles
  • 500g ground beef
  • 1 jar (700g) marinara sauce
  • 500g ricotta cheese
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 egg
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 190°C.
  2. Cook ground beef until browned. Mix with marinara sauce.
  3. In a bowl, combine ricotta cheese, egg, salt, and pepper.
  4. Layer lasagna noodles, meat sauce, and cheese mixture in a baking dish.
  5. Top with mozzarella and Parmesan cheese.
  6. Bake for 30-35 minutes or until bubbly and golden.
