Ingredients:
- 1 baguette, sliced
- 2 tbsp butter, softened
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 190°C.
- Mix butter with minced garlic.
- Spread garlic butter on baguette slices.
- Top with mozzarella and Parmesan cheese.
- Toast on the high rack for 8-10 minutes or until cheese is melted and bubbly.
