Ingredients:

  • 1 baguette, sliced
  • 2 tbsp butter, softened
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 190°C.
  2. Mix butter with minced garlic.
  3. Spread garlic butter on baguette slices.
  4. Top with mozzarella and Parmesan cheese.
  5. Toast on the high rack for 8-10 minutes or until cheese is melted and bubbly.
