Ingredients:
- 1 zucchini, sliced
- 1 red bell pepper, cut into chunks
- 1 red onion, cut into chunks
- 8 cherry tomatoes
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 200°C.
- Thread vegetables onto skewers.
- Brush with olive oil and season with oregano, salt, and pepper.
- Place skewers on the high rack.
- Grill for 10-12 minutes, turning halfway through.
