The Perfect Steak

Ingredients:

  • 2 ribeye steaks (about 300g each)
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp fresh rosemary, chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tbsp butter

Instructions:

  1. Prepare Steaks:

    • Rub steaks with olive oil, minced garlic, rosemary, salt, and pepper.
  2. Cook Steaks:

    • Preheat the Turbo Convection Oven to 220°C with the broil function.
    • Place steaks on the high rack.
    • Broil for 5-7 minutes per side for medium-rare, or adjust time according to your desired preference.
  3. Finish and Serve:

    • After broiling, let the steaks rest for 5 minutes.
    • Top with a pat of butter and serve with your favourite sides.
