The Perfect Steak
Ingredients:
- 2 ribeye steaks (about 300g each)
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp fresh rosemary, chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tbsp butter

Prepare Steaks:
- Rub steaks with olive oil, minced garlic, rosemary, salt, and pepper.

Cook Steaks:
- Preheat the Turbo Convection Oven to 220°C with the broil function.
- Place steaks on the high rack.
- Broil for 5-7 minutes per side for medium-rare, or adjust time according to your desired preference.

Finish and Serve:
- After broiling, let the steaks rest for 5 minutes.
- Top with a pat of butter and serve with your favourite sides.
